Customer Service Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers
  • Take phone calls
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Follow up with customers
  • Complete repair orders
  • Assist the Service Manager 

Customer Service Manager Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of customer service/customer retention experience
  • Able to multitask
  • Good detail & organization skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to pass a background check

Work Hours for Customer Service Manager: 

  • Monday - Friday 8-5
  • No nights & weekends!
