The Services Resource Advisor at CDW is responsible for the optimal allocation of resources to ensure outstanding customer outcomes and project financial success. This role partners closely with Sales and Services teams to fulfill project needs and improve operational excellence.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include assigning Consulting Professionals, managing resource demand, identifying business opportunities, overcoming hurdles, and ensuring project requirements are communicated effectively.
Skills: Required skills include strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, relationship-building, project coordination, and familiarity with resource management tools.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, proven track record in a similar role, and a strong interest in learning new technologies.
Location: This position is virtual, based out of Illinois, United States, with no additional travel required.
Compensation: $68000 - $73000 / Annually

Job Summary
The Services Resource Advisor is responsible for the allocation of CDW resources in fulfillment of exceptional customer outcomes, coworker engagement, and project financial success.
The role is responsible for partnering with Sales, Services Delivery Managers, and Services Resources in the areas of project fulfillment, system updates, and reporting.
