Skills
- Proven experience with React, React Native, and TypeScript
- Experience designing and maintaining component libraries and design systems
- Familiarity with GraphQL and integrating frontend with platform APIs
- Comfort with modern build pipelines, CI/CD, and release strategies
- Strong testing discipline including unit and integration tests and gradual rollout practices
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience in engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact design system projects
- Advocate for and implement UX and frontend best practices to ensure consistent experiences
- Implement product features and coordinate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs
- Mentor teammates, document patterns, and share knowledge across engineering and design
- Drive reusable, scalable component solutions and contribute to architecture blueprints
- Define timelines, manage scope, and ensure delivery quality for projects you lead
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and promote continuous process improvement
- Contribute to a frontend community of practice around architecture, testing, deployment, and release
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of formal degree
