The Technical Delivery Manager is the senior leader accountable for end-to-end technical delivery, execution excellence, and solution governance across strategic client engagements. This role partners closely with client technical leadership and Coderio’s engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency, scalable delivery, and clear business outcomes. The TDM leads initiatives from pre-sales through execution, operating as a trusted advisor and helping drive digital transformation through Cloud, Data, and AI solutions.

This position is open exclusively to candidates who are currently based in New York. 

What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)

Own end-to-end delivery of for strategic clients, ensuring quality, scalability, and predictable execution.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for CTOs, senior engineering leaders, and other key stakeholders.
Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and effort estimation during pre-sales and early project phases.
Design and govern secure, scalable cloud and hybrid architectures across AWS and Azure.
Guide engineering teams in modern architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-native development practices.
Oversee the full SDLC, proactively managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery performance.
Track and improve delivery health across accounts through KPIs, capacity planning, budget oversight, and service metrics.
Identify opportunities for account growth by evolving technical solutions and building long-term client trust.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in technical leadership, software delivery, solutions architecture.
Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and governing cloud-based solutions  (AWS and/or Azure).
Strong expertise in modern application architecture, including microservices, APIs, and scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on technical background with at least one core technology stack such (Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar).
Proven experience leading and enabling distributed engineering teams in complex delivery environments.
Strong client-facing presence, with experience engaging senior technical stakeholders and executive counterparts.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Experience working with data platforms, data governance frameworks, or Generative AI solutions.
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security principles.
Experience contributing to large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.
Professional proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
