Skills
- Proven project management across Waterfall, Agile, or Kanban methodologies
- Strong schedule, budget, and scope management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in matrixed teams and coordinate cross-functional resources
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools for project tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for collaboration and deliverable creation
- Basic understanding of data center technologies and terminology
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple technical data center projects from setup through closeout
- Lead project meetings, kickoffs, and regular status calls; produce meeting summaries and action items
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking against SOWs or charters
- Track budgets, forecasts, percent complete, and manage phase closeouts and invoicing
- Manage scope, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and facilitate change requests when required
- Maintain consistent client and internal communications; hold stakeholders accountable to SOW responsibilities
- Customize, proofread, and deliver high-quality project documentation and client deliverables
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and participant scheduling across matrixed teams
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery
- Work with Service Delivery and Client Program Managers to ensure accurate project setup and reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field OR equivalent professional experience (4+ years)
- Project Management certification preferred (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.)
