Deel is a GREAT place to grow and learn not to mention the company is growing at such a rapid pace and continues to. I have been here for a year and have got to experience the Enterprise segment grow from 4 SDR's to 10. Along the way Deel has allowed me to develop processes in sales that I have not been able to experience anything else. I have got to collaborate with my AE and strategize on how to bring in big accounts and take ownership of my own success here. On top of all of this I have gotten to take part in the rocket ship that is Deel! Being part of the fastest growing startup and being where we are while being founded by 2019 is amazing! Upper management is really hands on and even Alex (ceo) takes a interest in you whether you are entry level or c-suite! I am so excited to continue my growth here!Cons
