Senior Account Manager, Paid Social

DEPT® is a global digital agency and technology company delivering integrated marketing and tech solutions for major brands. The Senior Account Manager, Paid Social will lead strategic paid social campaigns, drive performance through testing and analysis, and mentor junior team members while ensuring excellent client stewardship.

  • Creative testing and A/B test design
  • Experience with Brand Lift studies and interpreting results
  • Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Client-facing presentation and storytelling
  • Team mentoring and people management

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy, planning, and activation end-to-end for assigned campaigns
  • Oversee and manage work produced by Senior Associates and Managers as applicable
  • Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies
  • Contribute to client roadmaps, testing plans, and quarterly/feedback reviews (QBRs/FBRs)
  • Partner with Associate Director to deliver strategic paid social recommendations and support client communications
  • Draft paid social insights and narratives for tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews
  • Ensure rigorous QA, accurate execution, and strong stewardship of client budgets and brand standards
  • Speak on and lead client calls related to reporting and campaign status when applicable
  • Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and developing technical and strategic paid social capabilities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business or related) or equivalent experience
  • Open to candidates with equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal degree
