Skills
- 5+ years professional software development experience across web and mobile
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Production Flutter experience with shipped and maintained apps
- Familiarity with backend development in Node.js or C#/.NET
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Comfortable with UI, state management, and API integration across the stack
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and ship customer-facing features across React/TypeScript web platform and Flutter mobile apps
- Collaborate with product and design to define requirements, iterate on UX, and deliver production-ready solutions
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency across iOS, Android, and web
- Contribute to architecture, code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Mentor and support other engineers, helping shape team processes and technical direction
- Leverage AI tooling and agents to improve development productivity and code quality
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
