Skills
- Proven SaaS delivery and software implementation experience
- Extensive project, program and account management skills
- Experience managing matrixed and distributed technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and collaboration platforms (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with PMI methodologies and project management best practices
- Experience with clinical data management, data mapping, ETL and reporting
- Working knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH/GCP and 21 CFR Part 11
- Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata, Rave) and biostatistical visualizations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of elluminate platform implementations, integrations, custom reporting, data mapping and CDR solutions
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and detailed project documentation
- Serve as primary client contact for project communication, approvals and issue escalation
- Manage matrixed project teams, realign resources in response to scope changes, and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational policies and applicable clinical guidelines
- Drive elluminate utilization and act as a client advocate to maximize customer success
- Mentor and coach junior PMO staff and promote PMO best practices
- Support business development activities including bid defenses, sales demonstrations and governance meetings
- Monitor project financials and reconcile budgets against scope and deliverables
- Foster long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (health sciences, analytics, or related discipline)
- PMP certification preferred or PMP in progress
- Equivalent senior consulting experience will be considered in lieu of degree
