As a Dashboard Developer, you put yourself in the user’s place to understand the best ways they can engage with the system. You have an opportunity to provide the customer with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the design and development of intuitive, high-performance dashboards that visualize critical metrics from various ICAM systems. These dashboards will support both engineering and technical operations teams with real-time monitoring data, and provide leadership with high-level reports on system performance and operational health. You’ll work closely with back-end teams to integrate data from multiple ICAM systems such as user access logs, role-based access control, and incident tracking, into cohesive, real-time visualizations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the data. Focus on displaying actionable insights through metrics that support system performance tracking, incident detection, and operational trends, and ensure dashboards include both granular technical data for operational teams and summary visualizations for executives and leadership. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers, security teams, and leadership, to gather requirements and iteratively develop dashboards that align with specific user needs. You’ll provide a seamless, intuitive experience for users of varying technical expertise, from detailed operational views to executive summaries. With your experience in predictive analytics and automation, we’ll provide the government with the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help military leaders make informed decisions.
