The Site Safety Manager at Enterprise Electrical is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety on electrical construction sites. This position ensures adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a proactive safety culture to minimize risks and prevent incidents. The Site Safety Manager collaborates closely with project teams, subcontractors, and corporate safety personnel to implement comprehensive safety programs and ensure the successful completion of projects with zero incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety standards.
• Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and ensuring immediate correction of unsafe conditions.
• Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks to educate and engage all site personnel on safety best practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents thoroughly, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project management and subcontractors to promote compliance with safety requirements throughout all phases of the project.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related issues on-site, providing expert guidance and support to field teams.
Knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA construction standards, electrical safety regulations (including NFPA 70E), and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of hazard recognition, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies in electrical construction environments.
• Familiarity with incident investigation procedures, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

License / Certification
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (required).
• First Aid / CPR / AED certification.

• Competent Person certifications (Fall Protection, Excavation, or Lockout/Tagout) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to project sites as needed.
