Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include resolving data issues, performing data tasks, managing SQL scripts, and maintaining software integrations for client support.
Skills: Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, experience with CMS websites, knowledge of APIs, and strong customer service abilities.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience, 2-5 years in technical support, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Location: This position is fully remote and limited to permanent residents of the United States.
Compensation: $45000 - $65000 / Annually
