Our Global Partnerships team is at the core of our business and brings our mission to life by owning partner relationships and ensuring partners are supported, aligned, and set up for success. We strive to deliver operational excellence across the partner lifecycle and to be revered as a high-impact account leadership team that drives consistent value and sustainable growth for our sports, our partners, and Flo.
THE ROLE:

This role is ideal for someone with high emotional intelligence who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and pays strong attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced, live event-driven environment where no two days are the same, and you’re bored by the idea of the traditional 9-5. You are eager to learn, take on new challenges, and build both relationship management and operational expertise in live sports media.
You will play a key role in ensuring every partner, regardless of size, receives a consistent, high-quality experience while helping the team operate efficiently and focus on long-term growth.

Monitor contractual health and deliverables, proactively flagging risks, gaps, or opportunities that could impact partner satisfaction or renewal.

When issues arise, help surface root causes, coordinate the right stakeholders, and drive solutions that prevent repeat issues
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1–3 years of experience in partnerships, live events, production, media, operations, or a related field
Relationship-driven with strong people instincts and the ability to build rapport, foster trust, and maintain strong, professional partnerships
Proactive and solutions-oriented, comfortable asking questions, and driving clarity
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of reliable execution and closing loops
