Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Council
At Fortra, we all have a role to play in creating a climate of greater inclusion and trust in our workplace. Our diversity initiatives are led by the employee-run DEI council, who advise senior leadership on issues related to diversity, equality, and inclusion. Members of the council meet regularly to increase their knowledge, develop recommendations, and execute on initiatives. The council provides resources so each employee can develop a stronger understanding and perspective of DEI.
