Private Equity Partnerships Manager

Glean is a Work AI platform that delivers enterprise search, AI Assistant, and agentic AI capabilities to large organizations. We are hiring a Private Equity Partnerships Manager to own and scale relationships with private equity sponsors, drive portfolio-wide commercial frameworks and deployments, and convert PE relationships into measurable deployments, pipeline, and revenue across portfolio companies.

Skills

  • Deep familiarity with PE economics, fund structures, and sponsor–PortCo dynamics
  • Proven experience driving partner-sourced pipeline and working with Sales to close complex accounts
  • Strong program and project management across concurrent workstreams
  • Commercial negotiation and pricing framework design
  • Fluency in AI and ability to translate agentic AI into portfolio-level value narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with C-suite comfort
  • CRM and forecasting discipline (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics orientation

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute PE partnership strategy; structure, negotiate, and manage portfolio-wide commercial frameworks and agreements.
  • Serve as Glean’s primary day-to-day contact for multiple PE sponsors and build deep relationships with operating partners, deal teams, and PortCo executives.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and maintain standardized pricing/commercial constructs for AEs to use in deals.
  • Drive PortCo activation by identifying high-value AI use cases, supporting scoping, and overseeing evaluation, pilot, and rollout cycles.
  • Track and report deployment metrics (adoption, usage, revenue/cost/EBITDA impact) to sponsors and leadership.
  • Own pipeline development, rolling forecasts, and revenue targets for assigned sponsors; ensure clean CRM data and build PE-sourced dashboards.
  • Create enablement assets (one-pagers, decks, playbooks), case studies, and run portfolio-level workshops and events.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CS, Legal, Security, RevOps, and SI partners to accelerate deployments and feed learnings into the roadmap.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
