Responsibilities
- Design and lead the R&D operating rhythm (All-Hands, MBRs, Offsites) and shift forums toward strategic decision-making
- Act as executive proxy for CPO/CTO, translating strategic intent into actions, owners, and success metrics
- Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles (headcount, budget, OKRs) with Finance and HR
- Modernize and standardize the PDLC, embedding AI into workflows for planning, documentation, and reporting
- Own and govern product tech stack (Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Amplitude), including schemas, workflows and governance
- Manage day-to-day product analytics reporting and synthesis of qualitative research to inform discovery
- Coordinate release cadence, customer release notes, and GTM enablement with cross-functional partners
- Manage and mentor a Product Operations Specialist and run enablement programs for Product Managers
- Track product risks, maintain central logs, and escalate critical issues to leadership
- Prepare executive communications, Board/QBR materials, and synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- Project management or related certifications a plus
