Handshake is seeking experienced QGIS users for a flexible, project-based role as a Digital Cartographer and AI Trainer, focusing on evaluating AI-generated content in GIS tasks.
Responsibilities: Evaluate AI-generated content related to GIS tasks and provide feedback based on spatial data workflows using QGIS.
Skills: Proficient in QGIS with a strong understanding of geospatial data workflows, spatial analysis, and written communication skills.
Qualifications: Preferred candidates should have 3+ years of QGIS experience and familiarity with GIS concepts and spatial analysis.
Location: Fully remote position available in the United States with no travel required.
Compensation: $125 - $125 / Hourly

Handshake is looking for skilled QGIS users to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional job. You'll draw on your hands-on experience with geographic information systems, spatial data analysis, or environmental mapping to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand GIS tasks and spatial data workflows.
