Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of innovation pilots from design, recruitment, launch, monitoring, evaluation, and close-out
- Create and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
- Define success metrics and KPIs; collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative pilot data
- Produce decision-ready readouts and executive summaries for leadership
- Develop rollout and change management plans for pilots that meet scale thresholds
- Operate intake and evaluation framework to score incoming ideas and vendor proposals
- Serve as primary PM contact for vendors and coordinate deliverables, timelines, and data sharing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Franchise Business Consultants, Legal, and Engineering to align pilots with enterprise priorities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or related master’s degree preferred (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Management/Strategy)
