The Manager – Enterprise Storytelling is responsible for creating, curating, and adapting compelling stories to communicate Inspire’s corporate narrative across internal and external platforms. They develop and execute the strategy for Inspire’s corporate newsroom and social channels, publishing frequent content, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving enhanced performance. They also manage internal storytelling platforms, including our weekly cultural newsletter ‘The Ally,’ contributing to our internal intranet, and looking for ways to embed narrative content into other internal channels and meetings.
This individual should be a self-starter who brings a passion for people and innovation, balancing new ideas with consistent, top-notch execution.
This position is an onsite 80% role, typically Monday- Thursday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and publish articles to Inspire’s corporate newsroom, working cross-functionally with content owners and managing robust review process
Source and pitch organic stories to articulate Inspire’s growth, people, and community messages, conducting interviews with team members, franchisees, and other stakeholders to develop engaging content
Develop and update annual newsroom strategy to include peer benchmarking, key performance metrics, and recommended updates for performance in AI search
Manage Inspire’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels to promote corporate narrative and culture, developing and publishing regular content to enhance engagement
Develop and publish Inspire’s weekly Ally culture newsletter, highlighting brand updates, internal events, recognition, and team member stories
Publish storytelling content to Inspire’s intranet platform (The Insider) and look for opportunities to embed content in other internal outlets (for example, enterprise and brand meetings)
Draft internal messaging for enterprise meetings and other business and cultural presentations
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate drafting, enhance tone alignment, and streamline content workflows
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
4-year Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of progressive experience in communications or journalism
Experience in multiband, franchise, retail, foodservice, or consumer-facing industries preferred
Experience managing tight timelines and collaborating across teams to complete work
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong writing and editing
Experience working in Canva or other design platforms
Experience shaping video and photo content (capturing, scripting, editing, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools and applying GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to online content
Relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration
