The Cloud Application Development Engineer’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Design, develop, and test cloud-native applications and microservices.
Build scalable APIs and backend services
Ensure security best practices across cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Create and execute manual and automated test plans/suites
Minimum Qualifications
US Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Math or in a STEM related field of study.
2+ years of direct experience in building cloud solutions on Azure.
1+ years of experience in architect, design, develop, and implementing cloud solutions.
Experience with Azure database services (Azure SQL Database, Azure Database for MySQL/PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
Experience in Web Services, micro-Services development, Data Architecture or Container technologies (Kubernetes, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level.
Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Computer Engineering, Math or in a STEM related field of study.
Experience web services development, API, REST, C# (.NET Core), HTML5.
Experience with web development technology, including HTML5, CSS 3.0, TypeScript, and JavaScript libraries/frameworks (React).
Experience in securely storing and tightly controlling access to tokens, passwords, certificates, API keys, and other secrets (KeyVault, etc.)
Modern API technologies like GraphQL experience.
Experience in Playwright or similar cloud automated testing frameworks.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $100,550.00-194,270.00 USD
