- Deep AWS multi-account experience (Organizations/Control Tower, networking, IAM, KMS, secrets).
- Terraform expertise at organization scale (modules, state, CI controls, migrations/refactors).
- Proven Infrastructure CI/CD and GitOps-style PR-driven workflows for Terraform and cloud config.
- Production observability and telemetry experience (Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar).
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and automation skills (Python or Go preferred).
- Experience enabling agentic AI with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate secure multi-account AWS foundations (networking, IAM, KMS, secrets, tagging, shared services).
- Architect and own org-scale Terraform modules, state management, provider/version strategy, and large refactors.
- Implement PR-driven infrastructure delivery (Git as source of truth, automated checks, plan previews, controlled applies, environment promotion flows).
- Build and standardize Infrastructure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with approval gates, audit trails, and rollback procedures.
- Own observability operating model (Splunk preferred): dashboards, SLOs/SLIs, alerting standards, telemetry pipelines, and runbooks.
- Enable secure, production-ready agentic AI capabilities using Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore; define deployment and guardrail patterns.
- Participate in incident response, lead postmortems, and drive systemic reliability and cost improvements.
- Document platform patterns, templates, and runbooks to improve developer experience and self-service capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
