Marketing Operations Coordinator (Remote)

In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the organization's marketing effectiveness by managing the tech stack that supports member and B2B engagement strategies. Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end member-facing marketing technology stack, ensuring successful implementation and integrations.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor campaigns and lifecycle journeys for high deliverability and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with IT and product teams to align member-facing operations with security standards.
  • Oversee audience segmentation and ensure data hygiene within the marketing automation platform.
  • Establish monitoring systems to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in automated workflows.
  • Develop scalable processes for campaign execution, lead routing, and reporting to enhance team efficiency.


Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a technical marketing role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Braze, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and API integrations.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a systems thinking approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control in a high-stakes environment.
