This role is designed for a self-motivated sales professional who will drive the adoption of specialty products in Women’s Health through strategic prescriber engagement. The ideal candidate will develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, build lasting relationships with healthcare providers, and deliver compelling product education. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical insight, consultative selling, and high-energy execution to achieve sales objectives and contribute to business growth. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams while actively shaping the reach and impact of critical healthcare solutions. You will represent the company’s products with confidence, professionalism, and integrity, making a meaningful difference for patients and providers. This is a dynamic, territory-based role with significant responsibility and growth potential.


Accountabilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory call plan to engage prescribers and healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing prescribers
  • Deliver persuasive, science-based presentations to promote specialty products
  • Analyze market trends and territory data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
  • Collaborate with district and cross-functional partners to maximize business impact
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, acting with integrity at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; sales or healthcare-related degrees preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience; pharmaceutical or Women’s Health sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Analytical and process-oriented, capable of leveraging data to drive territory planning
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools
