Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, serving as the critical first point of contact for customers embarking on their outdoor living journey. Your primary mission is to provide expert consultations in our showroom and across digital channels, qualifying leads and converting interest into high-quality orders to drive our North American expansion. What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and execute professional Showroom consultations to provide an immersive customer experience.

  • Create accurate quotes and proactively convert inbound leads into confirmed orders.

  • Execute strategic outbound activities via phone and email to follow up with potential clients.

  • Manage high-volume communication channels including phone lines, live chat, and email inquiries.

  • Identify and qualify inbound leads to ensure a seamless and efficient sales pipeline.
