Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and build long-term customer relationships throughout project lifecycle
- Scope, plan, and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery
- Develop project timelines, governance frameworks, communication plans, and change management strategies
- Coordinate project meetings, document agendas/minutes/action items, and follow up to drive progress
- Manage project scope, identify change orders or contract amendments, and pursue expansion opportunities
- Oversee internal project financial processes, support invoicing, and maintain customer ROI tracking
- Anticipate risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure high-quality execution of deliverables
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field required
- MBA, MHA, or MPH highly desirable
