Revenue Manager, Independent Hotels

Lighthouse is a fast-growing commercial strategy platform for the hospitality industry, backed by Series C funding and serving hotels globally. We are seeking a Revenue Manager to own bespoke rate, yield, and distribution strategies for a portfolio of independent hotels across the AMER region, partnering with owners and hotel leadership to drive revenue growth using advanced analytics, AI-driven forecasting, and omnichannel digital tactics.

Skills

Hotel revenue management and yield strategy
Familiarity with PMS, CRS, channel managers and RMS platforms
Experience with distribution and connectivity troubleshooting
Comfort with metasearch, PPC and Google Ads performance
Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights to owners

Responsibilities

Develop and implement bespoke rate, yield, and e-commerce strategies for assigned independent hotels.
Lead weekly revenue strategy calls and act as primary consultant to hotel owners, GMs, and stakeholders.
Manage full distribution ecosystem: rate loading, channel mapping, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Digital Strategy to optimize Travel Ads, metasearch, PPC and Google Ads performance.
Monitor daily snapshot reports and use AI-driven forecasting to adjust strategies proactively.
Own PMS/CRS onboarding strategy and configuration for new hotel partners.
Provide proactive yielding and competitive market analysis to maximize RevPAR and direct bookings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
