Skills
- Proven experience leading and coaching implementation or client-facing teams.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting mission-critical solutions in retail or dealership environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex technical or operational issues.
- Familiarity with DMS platforms, payments integrations, and hardware rollouts (preferred).
- Performance and metrics-driven approach to operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, and Hardware Specialists.
- Manage people functions including performance reviews, coaching, career development, and day-to-day leadership.
- Serve as escalation point for complex dealer issues and coordinate timely resolutions with stakeholders.
- Partner with the Implementation Manager to track team performance, delivery metrics, and operational goals.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements to raise implementation success rates and dealer outcomes.
- Own client retention and dealer satisfaction across the team's portfolio, including testing, configuration, training, and go-live support.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant professional certifications or training are a plus.
