- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of full-stack engineers, owning performance, career development, and team health
- Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for agentic program management tools
- Partner with product, design, and operations to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact features
- Drive engineering execution, ensuring velocity, scope control, code quality, and operational excellence
- Establish and reinforce engineering best practices, tooling, and processes
- Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent
- Serve as a technical and strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Commitment to continuous learning in AI, systems design, and engineering leadership
