Global Marketing Campaign Manager

MariaDB is a leading open-source database company used by enterprise customers worldwide. The Global Marketing Campaign Manager will design and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns that drive pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and increase revenue while leveraging AI and martech to optimize the GTM funnel.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation and global campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Strong ABM execution and omnichannel campaign skills (PPC, paid social, email, retargeting).
  • Advanced analytics and data-driven optimization skills, including forecasting and attribution.
  • Practical knowledge of integrating martech and using AI tools for marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to GTM plays (Oracle Migration, Community Conversion, Customer Upsell).
  • Own campaign planning to generate MQLs and SALs and align programs with sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Design and run ABM programs targeting expanded buying committees with personalized omnichannel engagement.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to create and govern campaign messaging and content plans (white papers, webinars, case studies, blogs).
  • Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities for automation, personalization, ad optimization, and content production at scale.
  • Define KPIs, track performance, run multi-touch attribution, and report ROI/VOI to leadership with data-driven insights.
  • Manage campaign budgets, localization strategies, global webinars, and email programs.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, product marketing, content, and partners.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant marketing or analytics certifications are a plus (e.g., Marketo, Google Ads).
