MasterClass is seeking a Community Manager for a temporary 4-month assignment responsible for orchestrating a structured and engaging cohort experience for professionals, ensuring successful program completion and driving community engagement.
Responsibilities: Own and manage the cohort experience, driving engagement and successful outcomes while designing scalable systems for communication and participation.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, experience with cohort-based programs, facilitation skills, and ability to drive engagement in a professional setting.
Qualifications: Experience in managing community-based learning experiences, confident communication skills, and the ability to create structured systems that enhance participant engagement.
Location: This position is remote, with a flexible workforce across various U.S. states and collaborative spaces in San Francisco and Kitchener, Ontario.
Compensation: $60 - $65 / Hourly

MasterClass Executive is the first AI-native business school experience—and this role is responsible for making it work at scale. We are seeking a Community Manager, who will own the execution of a high-quality, structured cohort experience for hundreds of professionals.
This is a 4-month assignment and hourly role as a hands-on operator where success comes from building clear systems, running tight programming, and driving consistent engagement across a large cohort. You’ll define how the program actually runs week-to-week—what participants experience, how they stay on track, and how the cohort delivers real outcomes.
