- Proven AI-assisted development (AIAD) adoption at org scale
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and at least one major cloud (AWS preferred)
- Strong security and regulatory compliance experience (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GxP, Part 11)
- Operational leadership of delivery, release engineering, and incident management
- Experience translating engineering metrics into executive-level reporting and strategy
- Track record hiring and developing engineering leaders and technical talent
Responsibilities
- Set and execute AI-first engineering and cloud-native architecture strategy across a multi-product SaaS platform
- Own security and regulatory posture (ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) and GxP/21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Ensure reliable IT operations, deployment/release engineering, incident response, and system uptime
- Drive consistent delivery practices and translate delivery metrics (JIRA) into ELT insights
- Recruit, develop, and manage a mixed organization of directors, senior managers, and senior ICs
- Manage engineering opex, vendor/cloud contracts, and long-range resource planning
- Partner with Product leadership on roadmap tradeoffs and represent technology to customers, partners, and the Board
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field required
- Master's degree in a technical or business field strongly preferred
