The Manager of Healthcare Partnerships will maintain Managed Medicaid channel growth through continued development of relationships at Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE and/or state case management agencies. The position will concentrate on supporting health plan and agency partners with successful Medically Tailored Meal programs through responsive account management and expanding knowledge of referral pathways by leading field-based members. This position will have a relationship-oriented approach to client engagements ensuring Mom’s Meals is recognized as an industry leader in quality, customer service, and nutritional support for members with chronic health conditions.
This position will cover the Southern CA area and travel up to 30%, mostly daytime travel but some overnight stays, plus 2-3 times/year traveling throughout the US for Sales Summits or conferences.
Salary range: $78,836-105,000 plus 15% quarterly bonus.
