Brand Project Manager / Brand Producer

About You

You are an organized, collaborative leader with experience managing both strategic and creative projects. You excel in client relationships, project management, and guiding teams from concept through to final deliverables. You’re detail-oriented and can manage resources, budgets, and timelines across multiple projects.

About the Role

This contract-to-hire role may be filled at the Senior level depending on experience. As a Brand Project Manager, you will oversee the execution and delivery of branding projects, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet client expectations. You’ll act as the central coordinator between different developments, aligning resources, tracking progress, and facilitating smooth communication between teams. 

Job Duties

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
• Coordinate across teams to secure resources, assign tasks, schedule meetings, and track project progress.
• Keep project management software updated, ensuring tasks, milestones, and deadlines are accurately tracked.
• Manage assets/files across multiple projects
• Responsible for resource management across projects, ensuring team bandwidth is balanced and work is prioritized appropriately to meet project timelines.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing clear updates on status, risks, and next steps.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Oversee client billing and project budgets.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements for future execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Performance Expectations

• Manage all assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating project progress, risks, and expectations.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across teams, keeping projects aligned and efficiently executed.
• Conduct project retrospectives and apply learnings to continuously improve Murmur’s production processes.

• 4+ years in project management or production role
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Harvest, Google Suite, Dropbox)

Contract: $40 – 50 / Hour

Salary: $65,000 – 80,000 /year

• 3 weeks PTO (plus 11 holidays)
