AWS Solution Architect
NeuraFlash, part of Accenture, is a leader in AI and cloud contact center solutions, pioneering implementations with technologies like Amazon Connect, Salesforce Agentforce, and generative AI. We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of Amazon Connect contact center solutions, integrate with Salesforce and WFM/CRM systems, and guide customers from discovery through deployment and ROI realization.
Skills
- Advanced AWS services and cloud architecture expertise
- Hands-on Amazon Connect experience including Contact Flow design, Lambda and Lex integrations
- API integration experience and troubleshooting across CRM, WFM, and contact center systems
- Scripting/coding experience (Python, Node.js, C#, Java, or .NET) for integrations and automation
- Familiarity with WebRTC, SIP, and outbound dialer/campaign management
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy)
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, technology assessments, and ROI/business case development for Amazon Connect/CCaaS migrations
- Design contact center architectures leveraging Amazon Connect, AWS services, and Salesforce Service Cloud best practices
- Translate customer requirements into contact center designs, contact flows, and integration specs
- Oversee and mentor delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality solution delivery
- Serve as the technical liaison to business stakeholders; present architecture and proposals to executives and IT leadership
- Manage project and customer communications, deliver end-user training and documentation
- Drive best-practice contact center design and enforce standards across solutions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant AWS certifications (AWS Solution Architect, AWS Developer or Professional) and/or Salesforce Administrator certification
