Clinical Program Manager
Skills
- 7+ years leading clinical research programs, preferably with Class III devices or neurology focus
- Proven experience in clinical study design, endpoint selection, and data analysis planning
- Deep working knowledge of GCP and international regulatory standards (ISO 14155, MDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 812)
- Practical experience using Python or R for data-driven decision making and visualization
- Strong program and project management skills in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement
- Experience negotiating site contracts, budgets, and managing vendor relationships
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex clinical programs and align milestones with organizational strategy
- Build and scale clinical operations frameworks across geographies with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance
- Lead contracting, budgeting, and financial negotiations with sites and external vendors
- Manage relationships with internal engineering, regulatory teams, external partners, and clinical sites
- Oversee site selection, training, credentialing, and stakeholder readiness
- Drive clinical data synthesis and analysis to inform program decisions and optimizations
- Navigate regulatory approvals with IRBs/RECs and maintain compliance with international regulations
- Implement risk identification and mitigation plans to preserve program integrity and participant safety
- Establish and enforce SOPs and GCP-driven quality standards
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life-sciences, engineering, or clinical research field (required)
- Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MD) in Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or related field preferred
