Responsibilities
- Define and drive the holistic UX vision and strategy for the enterprise intranet platform.
- Own and evolve navigation, information architecture, design foundations, component systems, and page templates.
- Design scalable structural patterns and reusable layouts to ensure platform consistency and maintainability.
- Guide UX for enterprise search, discovery, metadata, taxonomy, and AI-assisted experiences.
- Lead design of content authoring, publishing, localization, approval, and governance workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
- Mentor and lead UX practitioners, evangelize user-centered design, and ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
