Responsibilities
- Define and own business and people strategies for the Central region, planning for steady state and 1-year outlooks.
- Set regional and store-level KPIs, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage regional budget, forecast revenue and expenses, and collaborate with Store Leaders to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and implement process improvements.
- Provide Store Leaders with tools, resources, and guidance to execute local and global priorities.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-potential employees and build a pipeline for future leadership.
- Support learning and development, deliver coaching and performance evaluations, and foster employee engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify business opportunities, build community relationships, and drive revenue.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or related field
