PlayOn is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the B2B2C experience across its ticketing platform, GoFan, focusing on both internal admin tools and consumer interfaces while leveraging AI for design innovation.
Responsibilities: Lead the design of GoFan's consumer and admin workflows, craft seamless user experiences, incorporate AI insights into design decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals.
Skills: Expertise in product design for B2B and B2C, strong UI skills, proficiency in Figma, familiarity with design systems, and an AI-forward mindset to enhance design processes.
Qualifications: 5-8 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating measurable impact, experience in mobile-first and transaction-oriented design, and excellent communication skills.
Location: This position is remote and offers flexible working arrangements.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $100,000 - $150,000.
PlayOn is looking for a Senior Product Designer who is AI-forward, with strong product instincts, refined interaction and visual design skills, and a deep focus on user and business outcomes to join our Ticketing team.
This designer will lead the vision and execution of the full B2B2C experience across GoFan, the leading platform for high school digital ticketing. That means owning design for both sides of the platform: the internal admin tools that serve our customers (schools, athletic directors, and event organizers) and the consumer-facing UI that serves fans (parents, students, and attendees)—while shaping the broader ticketing ecosystem spanning mobile apps, web surfaces, and point-of-sale software.
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own complex, high-impact problem spaces—from discovery and strategy through execution and iteration. You’ll partner closely with PMs, engineers, and go-to-market teams to expand GoFan’s reach into new markets and customer segments, crafting experiences that resonate with both institutional partners and millions of fans.
You’ll also play a key role in reframing and visualizing the next evolution of GoFan’s product vision and market positioning—ensuring the platform continues to deliver a frictionless, trustworthy experience for consumers while scaling the admin tooling to meet the operational needs of new audiences. Critically, we expect this designer to be AI-forward: leveraging AI to process customer and consumer insights at scale, and using AI-powered tools to push design changes and accelerate iteration cycles.
The Outcomes You’ll Deliver
•Drive the next evolution of the GoFan experience across both admin and consumer surfaces, shaping how the platform serves new markets while maintaining the simplicity and reliability our customers trust
•Design seamless, conversion-oriented B2C experiences that elevate the fan journey—from event discovery to checkout and entry
•Design efficient, intuitive B2B admin workflows that empower event organizers to manage events, ticketing, reporting, and customer operations with minimal friction
•Create flexible, scalable UI and workflows that adapt to the needs of emerging customer types and event structures across both sides of the platform
•Leverage AI to synthesize customer and consumer insights, inform design decisions, and push design changes yourself—accelerating the pace from insight to iteration
•Help define and visualize the future vision of GoFan, aligning design direction with product and brand strategy
•Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across a growing B2B2C product ecosystem
