We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Growth Platform Engineer to build and operate the systems that power lifecycle messaging and in-product growth experimentation across Quizlet.
This role focuses on the infrastructure behind email, push, and in-product messaging, as well as the tooling that enables rapid, measurable growth experiments. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering partners to improve activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation through reliable notification systems and fast iteration loops. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building platform capabilities that directly shape user growth and engagement.
We’re happy to share that this is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company. We believe this work environment enhances efficiency, fosters collaboration, and supports growth for both employees and the organization.
