Skills
- Proficiency in Python and use of AI tools to accelerate development
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and API-related incidents
- Familiarity with customer support/ticketing workflows (Zendesk, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and technical initiatives concurrently
- Excellent communication with both technical and executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for B2B partners during onboarding and ongoing account management
- Own launch timelines and technical implementation plans for new integrations
- Design end-to-end workflows, integration logic, and scalable architectures for partner solutions
- Monitor post-live health, performance, and operational stability for strategic accounts
- Proactively identify integration risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities and drive remediation
- Troubleshoot complex API and integration issues across distributed systems
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, sales engineering, and account management
- Support international business development teams to implement and scale solutions
- Provide project management oversight and structured feedback to Engineering on partner-impacting features
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent hands-on integrations experience accepted
