Skills
- Proficiency with Python and using AI tools to accelerate development
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Experience designing scalable integration architectures and conditional logic
- Experience with post-go-live support, monitoring, and operational incident workflows
- Familiarity with ticketing/support systems such as Zendesk or Jira
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize concurrent technical initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication with technical and executive stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical point of contact for B2B partners during onboarding and ongoing account management
- Own launch timelines and technical implementation plans for new integrations
- Design and advise on end-to-end workflows, integration logic, and scalable architectures
- Monitor post-live health, performance, and stability of partner integrations with Customer Success
- Proactively identify and remediate integration risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Troubleshoot complex API and integration issues across distributed systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, sales engineering, and account teams
- Support international business development and scale implementations globally
- Provide project management oversight and structured feedback to Engineering on partner-impacting features
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation and travel a few days per quarter for team gatherings
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional training or certifications in integrations, APIs, or cloud technologies is a plus
