As the Manager of Media Partnerships and Creator Marketing, you will be responsible for building and maintaining key media partnership accounts, as well as leading core creator marketing and industry relationships. The purpose of this role is to ensure that customer relationships across priority and shared accounts reflect the organization’s values and deliver the premium standard of execution expected by the business.
You will build and manage relationships with social media creators, oversee campaign and project execution, and ensure that national creator marketing initiatives drive strong audience engagement and brand awareness. The Manager will work closely with internal teams and external creators to ensure that projects are delivered on time, align with business objectives, and resonate with target audiences.
This is a hands-on role that requires full ownership of partnerships and projects from end to end—covering strategy, partner development, execution, coordination, and delivery.
In addition to leading external relationships, you will manage the day-to-day coordination of projects, including timelines, deliverables, internal stakeholder alignment, and partner-facing logistics (such as events, activations, and campaign execution).
The role also supports the growth of the US Media Partnerships team by identifying and creating audience and commercial opportunities around Red Bull content. The team distributes Red Bull Media House content to streamers, free-to-air and cable TV networks, digital services (AVOD, SVOD), publishers, and other platforms. While this is not a content development role, you will collaborate with the development team to help shape commercially relevant content that remains true to the brand. You will also be responsible for creating, identifying, managing, and expanding new and existing audience and commercial content partnerships (across digital, linear, and nontraditional platforms) to increase and maximize both audience reach and revenue.
Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level with partners and senior stakeholders, and who is also highly detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of execution.

Ensure that reporting inputs are collected from all relevant stakeholders and that deadlines are met for both internal and external reporting requirements.
COLLABORATION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT
Ensure that the Media Partnerships and Creator Marketing departments are aligned on key partnerships that affect both areas, such as UTA, The Lighthouse, and creator-led projects that have media partnership implications (for example, On The Edge with Juanpa on Roku).
Collaborate with internal teams—including Sports Marketing, Culture Marketing, Social Media, Marketing, Communications, all five regions, and Legal—to ensure that all projects and day-to-day activities align with the broader RBMN brand objectives.
