Hourly pay is $17.50 an hour with a bonus potential, average annual earnings are between $40,000 to $60,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
Generate new business by building rapport with previous customers, probing for new interests and identifying potential new business
Partner with our Sales teams to build opportunities in our existing customer base
Make Outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 50% - never make a cold call again in your career
Manage previous customer base by using CRM to follow up and identify sales opportunities and productivity objectives
Build relationships with our customers, so that they will keep us at the forefront of their minds when it comes to remodeling their homes
Handle possible service inquiries with previous remodeling projects confidently and quickly
What You’ll Bring:
Awareness and interest in the home remodeling industry or experience with homeowners
Self-starter, quick learner, team player
Must have scheduling availability during the following times- Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm
1 to 3 years of phone sales, upselling, or rehash experience- a plus!
Providing customers an amazing experience
Excellent computer and voice skills with attention to detail
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
High energy and willingness to learn
Must be familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
Quiet work place with high speed home internet to be able to work effectively from home after training
Experience with Lead Perfection and Five9 preferred but not required. Training will be provided
Current Statewide employees must adhere to and qualify for internal transfer/promotion policies.
