Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Development Operations team, setting performance expectations and fostering a service-oriented culture
- Design, document, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and KPIs for development systems and processes
- Serve as senior operational advisor to Development leadership, identifying opportunities to improve systems and outcomes
- Act as primary liaison between Development and Finance, leading monthly revenue reconciliation and supporting audit preparation
- Sponsor and manage systems projects including CRM enhancements, automations, and integrations with internal and external partners
- Oversee contribution tracking, processing acknowledgments, and reporting on fundraising data and analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to development systems and third-party vendors
- Share best practices and provide training/documentation for database use and communication systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support state registrations and other compliance needs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree or additional professional training in relevant fields preferred
