Resultant is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide exceptional tier 1 support to clients in Kokomo, IN, where you will tackle technical challenges and deliver client-centric solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities: Deliver tier 1 support, escalate issues as needed, prepare and maintain hardware, update customer documentation, monitor alerts, and collaborate with teams.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills, ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users, and manage vendor coordination.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role, excellent communication skills, readiness for on-call support, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $40,000 - $55,000.
