Skills
- 2–4+ years professional design experience (agency and/or corporate)
- Strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, systems thinking, and brand work
- Expert-level Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Google Slides and PowerPoint
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced GTM environment and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and feedback-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail (alignment, spacing, naming conventions, exports)
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver assets including one-pagers, ebooks, decks, event signage, social graphics, email headers, and web visuals
- Work within and refine the existing brand system (color, type, layout, illustration)
- Translate briefs into clear visual solutions through direct stakeholder collaboration
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and keep files organized and production-ready
- Ensure deliverables are accessible, on-brand, and optimized for channel requirements
- Maintain and improve self-serve templates (decks, one-pagers, event kits, social layouts)
- Provide rapid-turn creative support for campaigns, events, and executive-facing materials
- Enforce consistent specs to reduce rework and cycle time
Education

- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred but not mandatory
