Manager, Customer Success

SmarterDx builds clinical AI that helps health systems translate care into payment and recover missed revenue. The Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of health system clients, build deep relationships across clinical and financial stakeholders, drive post‑go‑live adoption, surface insights for product improvements, and coordinate with implementation and sales teams to ensure customer outcomes and renewals.

Skills

  • 3-5+ years customer success or account management with hospital/health system clients
  • Deep knowledge of hospital revenue cycle operations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Analytical ability to interpret healthcare data and derive actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of live hospital and health system customers and act as their trusted advisor
  • Lead sales-to-CS handoffs and coordinate with implementation teams for successful go-lives
  • Monitor client performance, report financial impact, and drive expansion and renewals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering feedback and advocating for product improvements
  • Develop and improve CS tools, templates, playbooks, and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions
  • Surface customer success stories and manage reference customer relationships

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Healthcare, business, or related field is a plus
