Skills
- Proven site supervision and construction management experience in residential projects
- Strong safety mindset and familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment on active sites
- Comfort using field management software and digital reporting tools
- Physical ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead field construction and onsite supervision of residential projects, working side-by-side with crews and subcontractors
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct daily briefings, risk assessments, and ensure OSHA and company compliance
- Manage site operations including material organization, equipment setup, and subcontractor scheduling
- Perform regular field inspections and quality control checks to uphold construction standards
- Track project metrics, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Identify, escalate, and resolve site issues and delays to keep work progressing
- Coordinate final walkthroughs and turnover to facilities teams with outstanding punch-list resolution
- Mentor and develop field teams to improve processes, productivity, and collaboration
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field (preferred)
