- Site planning and facilities/infrastructure project management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Familiarity with permitting, land use, and local government processes in Texas
- Proficiency with GIS, AutoCAD, or site modeling tools
Responsibilities
- Maintain and own the master utility and facility sheet, coordinating stakeholder inputs and ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain the multi-year master site plan forecasting infrastructure and facility needs.
- Drive land planning and usage strategies to optimize campus expansion and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with local government, landowners, and external stakeholders to secure partnerships and approvals.
- Collaborate with Government Affairs to accelerate permitting and remove regulatory blockers.
- Partner with construction, operations, and site leadership to align priorities and execution.
- Lead and manage utility expansion projects from planning through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Urban Planning required
- Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA) or professional certification (PMP) preferred
