Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and relationship manager for distribution center (DC) and 3PL partners focused on outbound logistics
- Ensure on-time, in-full order fulfillment across DTC, marketplace, and B2B/retail channels
- Develop and maintain SOPs, vendor guidelines, routing guides, and training documentation
- Analyze fulfillment and transportation data to identify cost savings and operational improvements
- Manage retailer chargebacks and claims: review disputes, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and implement preventive actions
- Participate in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain system integration integrity
- Travel for physical inventory counts and special projects (up to ~20% travel)
- Support inbound logistics understanding and provide backup support as needed
- Lead or support cross-functional projects to meet operational KPIs and goals
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications or formal training in supply chain/operations considered a plus
